Unable To Update MTL Lot Attributes (Doc ID 1669233.1)

Symptoms

Trying to update Lot Attributes in MTL_LOT_NUMBERS tables and columns are C_ATTRIBUTE1 to C_ATTRIBUTE15 using API INV_LOT_API_PUB.UPDATE_INV_LOT. API returns status of Success, but upon verification, the results in the back end - the columns C_ATTRIBUTE1 to C_ATTRIBUTE15 are still showing NULL event though values were passed.

WHO columns are updated correctly and also the other column LOT_ATTRIBUTE_CATEGORY also updated correctly.
