Unable to change and see product (item) details on Volume offer adjustments once adjustment is done

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

For product details to be available

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

(R) Oracle Trade Management User
(N) Trade Management > Trade Planning
1. Create a volume offer
2. Add discount rules
3. Make it active
4 Volume offer got to ACTIVE status
5. Create adjustments , submitted for approval and made it ACTIVE based on approval
6. Go to details of adjustment, product information is no longer returned - no records found matching the given criteria message is returned
