CWB Eligibility Profiles not Working for Quartile in Grade 'Below Range'. 'Above Range' Works as Expected. (Doc ID 1669323.1)

Symptoms

Compensation Workbench,


Setup :

2 eligibility profiles have been setup : "grade above range" which has criteria 'Quartile in Grade' 'Above Range' and "grade below range" which has criteria 'Quartile in Grade' 'Below Range'

"Grade above range" eligibility profile is linked to bonus option and "Grade below range" is linked to salary increase option.

Issue :

Find that eligibility profile not working when based on Quartile in Grade > Below Range
Compensation Workbench > Employee Allocations : not able to enter nor bonus nor salary increase for employees that have salary below range

 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
----------------------------------
Expect employee that has salary below range to be eligible for salary increase option

WHAT IS WORKING
----------------------------------
The above range eligibility profile is working as expected. That is : employee that have salary above range : can enter bonus option value and not salary option value - as expected

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
----------------------------------
Use responsibility : manager self-service
Navigation :compensation workbench
1. go to employee allocations for Global Combination Plan
2. for an employee with salary below range : not able to enter any option - not bonus option nor salary option - expect to be able to enter salary increase option
