ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Running 'Generate Sourcing Rules and ASLs from Blanket Agreements' concurrent program does not update ASL for canceled Blanket Purchase Agreement line.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Canceled BPA line is deleted from ASL and active BPA line is added to the ASL

STEPS
-----------------------
1. Create and approve a Blanket Purchase Agreement with 1 line
2. Run 'Generate Sourcing Rules and ASLs from Blanket Agreements' concurrent program
3. Check ASL, see BPA Line1 is added as the Source Document
4. Cancel BPA Line 1
5. Add Line 2 to BPA
6. Approve BPA
7. Run 'Generate Sourcing Rules and ASLs from Blanket Agreements' concurrent program again
8. Check ASL, find source Document remains as Line 1 incorrectly. It should be Line 2.
