Receipt Batch Fails When Applying to a Claims Investigation - FRM-40735 ON-INSERT Trigger Raised Unhandled Exception ORA-29470 (Doc ID 1669882.1)

Attempting to create a Receipt Batch and then enter the receipt details, apply the receipt to a few transactions and then to a Claims Investigation, and receive the following error:

FRM-40735: ON-INSERT trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-29470

This error happens only when a receipt is created from Receipt Batch form.
Receipts created from the Receipt Workbench doesn't show any errors when creating a claims investigation.

Steps to Reproduce:
Responsibility: Receivables Manager
: Receipts > Batches
Create Receipt Batch
