Symptoms

Using Purchasing, AutoCreate Form taking long time to View Blanket PO associated to the item.
When buyer logs in to Autocreate Form and pulls the requisition in their Queue and Click on View Blanket POs with this Item,
 it takes few minutes to pull up the documents.

Replication Steps:
1. Login to the E-Business Suite and choose the Purchasing Module.
2. Autocreate
3. View Blanket PO's associated with item
