On : 12.1.3 version, Claim Settlement

In not USD currency, $0.00 mass settlement approval rule not picked correctly in TM page but workflow works ok.

approval rule on the 3rd page of mass settlement not correctly picked
but actual approval go through correct approval rule

this happened in case of $0.00 mass settlement ( in case open claim subtotal equals to open transaction subtotal ).

The issue is on showing the approvers' chain in case of settement amount 0 (of $0.00 mass settlement, in case open claim subtotal equals to open transaction subtotal ).
There you expect 2 approvers and you see 4 approvers, anyway the WF works correctly so the issue is only in showing the summary of the approvers.
You says the issue is only for the approval chain in that specific currency and not for the one in USD but those are different in definition of approvers....

NOTE: In the images below and/or the attached document, user details / company name / address / email / telephone number represent a fictitious sample (based upon made up data used in the Oracle Demo Vision instance). Here are the tests
- Organization: US
- Currency : AUD
-> problem NOT observed

- Organization: US
- Currency: AUD
- Claim type not specified in approval rule ( usually claim type is specified in US but it's not in AU so to check if this causing any problem)
-> problem NOT observed

- Organization: AU
- Currency : USD
- Claim type not specified in approval rule
- problem observed

Now we can say that currency is not a problem but organization is the cause of problem.
Also approval rule setup is not a problem ( as the rule I created for US was working fine).

So something setup related to organization likely the cause of the problem.
