LPN Based Consolidation In Staging Lane Across Deliveries Produces Error When Bulk Picking (Doc ID 1670565.1)

Problem Summary
When using "LPN based consolidation in staging lane across deliveries" Operations Plan, user not able to drop a bulk pick into a single LPN and is also required to drop each child task independently.

Pick drop failed|Error in Txn Manager|Transaction processor error|Failed to Pack/Unpack item|Invalid LPN

Steps to recreate Bulk Pick Consolidation Error
1. Enable bulk pick at the subinventory level
2. Sales order pick releases two delivery lines for bulk picking, each with quantity of 1 each.
3. Confirm 1 bulk pick task for Qty 2 is created with Operation Plan “LPN based consolidation in staging lane across deliveries” and 2 child tasks.
4. Navigate to Tasks > Directed Tasks > Interleaved Tasks > Accept Any Task and load the bulk pick.
5. Navigate to Tasks > Directed Tasks > Directed Move > Drop Loaded LPNs and drop the loaded task.
6. Expected to be able to drop the bulk pick as one task. Drop the first child task into a new LPN.
7. Drop the 2nd child task into the same LPN.
8. Receive error message
