Unable To Stop MWA Dispatcher On R12.2 (Doc ID 1670571.1)

Symptoms

Applied the new patch "p17459700_R12.MWA.C_R12_LINUX.zip" to address an issue with Starting the MWA Dispatcher.

I am starting it with this command:

$ nohup $ADMIN_SCRIPTS_HOME/mwactl.sh start_dispatcher >> /var/tmp/mdispatcher.log 2>&1 < /dev/null &

If I do not do the nohup the Dispatcher will stop if I log out.

  I am trying to stop it with this command:
$ADMIN_SCRIPTS_HOME/mwactl.sh stop_dispatcher

  That returns:

MWA Telnet Server Release: 1.0.8.4 [December 12th 2002]
Telnet dispatcher shut down successfully.

  But the following two processes remain running:
applmgr 30483 1 0 16:23 pts/3 00:00:00 /bin/sh -f /ORB/app/applmgr/fs1/inst/apps/ORBPRJ2_olaxja-orb200/admin/scripts/mwactl.sh start_dispatcher
applmgr 30491 30483 0 16:23 pts/3 00:00:00 /ORB/app/applmgr/fs1/EBSapps/appl/mwa/12.0.0/bin/MWADIS

Changes

 New install of R12.2.3.

Applied patch "p17459700_R12.MWA.C_R12_LINUX.zip" to address an issue with Starting the MWA Dispatcher.
