Duplicate pricing contexts allowed in Oracle Service Contracts Pricing Attributes

The application does not enforce the single pricing context rule upon initial save of pricing attributes on service contracts subline.
Create a contract header, line and subline. SAVE with cursor on subline click on Actions > Pricing Attributes > Choose a pricing context > Enter a value in the pricing attribute > Arrow down > Enter the same pricing context > Ea value in the pricing attribute > Click on the Apply button.
The application should not allow you to have more than one pricing context. This is currently only enforced when try to duplicate a pricing context that has already been saved. Create a new subline > SAVE > click on Actions > Pricing Attributes > Choose a pricing context > Enter a value in the pricing attribute > Click on the Apply button > Click on Actions > Pricing Attributes > Enter the same pricing context > Tab. You will get an Error saying Duplicate Pricing Context.
The application should enforce this at initial save as well.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Query contract
2. From subline choose Actions > Pricing Attributes
3. enter line 1 - do not save
4. enter line 2 - apply
 2 lines saved
 if repeat above but save after line 1 then system will not allow you so save a second line.
