Symptoms
When running ASBN import using Receiving Open Interface - ROI for a PO matched to Receipt the following error occurs:
ERROR

Error: You cannot create ASBN for a PO with match option as Receipt
The internal error name is:
PO_INV_CR_INVALID_MATCH_OPTION
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create ASBN via ROI and run Receiving Transactions Processor - RVCTP
2. RVCTP runs processing the ASBN and calls PO_CREATE_ASBN_INVOICE.create_asbn_invoice
3. ASBN process fails with errors in PO_INTERFACE_ERRORS table with the above reported error
