Searching Emails with Wildcards for Customer Number does not Return any Details (Doc ID 1670743.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.1.2 version, Administration

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Wild cards do not work with Customer Number searches in the Customer Tab within Email Center Supervisor screen.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Wild card searches should work as per other fields such as business name, etc.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Email Center Supervisor
2. Customer Tab
3. Search on customer number e.g. 28%
     Wildcard search doesn't work
