System Extract does not Display Run Results (Doc ID 1671005.1)

 A system extract was created for a benefit carrier.  

There is a record line that communicates the amount an employee contributed through payroll.  

However, this line doesn't appear in the system extract for each employee. 


What setting is needed for the extract to display run results?
