Symptoms

When adding with Depreciation Method being JP-250DB XX or JP-200DB XX in Workbench/Mass Copy, the following error occurs preventing addition:

Error Message:
APP-OFA-48208: MRC functionality is not available for assets using guarantee rate methods.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.  [Tax Book] Set up Tax Book with Alternate Ledgers

    (N)Setup > Asset System > Book Controls - [Ledgers]TAB

    - Ledgers     : *Sub Ledgers
    - Ledger Type : Secondary
    - Currency    : *Currency
    - Posting     : Yes
    - Enabled     : Yes

2.  [Tax Book] Addition

    Book Type                          : Tax Book
    Cost                               : 100000
    YTD depreciation                   : 0
    Accumulated depreciation           : 0
    Date in Service                    : 01-APR-2013
    Depreciation method                : JP-200DB 5     *** POINT ***
    Salvage value                      : 0
    Depreciation limit amount          : 1

When the user tries to save the above asset, the following error occurs and the user cannot save it:
-APP-OFA-48208: MRC functionality is not available for assets using guarantee rate methods.
