Symptoms



When attempting to specify inventory organization information for any organization, the data is entered but when saved the following error occurs:

FRM-40735: ON-INSERT trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-04062


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Query Org
2. Select Inventory Org classification
3. Enter data and save
