Goal

 Why Do Users Receive: "Order is not eligible for booking. Check workflow status for this order" intermittently on BOOKING Orders?

 

Summary Of Issue:
Users are periodically getting "Order is not eligible for booking. Check workflow status for this order."
when attempting to book a sales order. When investigating the issue, the OEOH workflow associated
with the transaction has been assigned, but there are NO ACTIVITIES found and the workflow has not
progressed to the book eligibility block.


Workflow background processes for OEOH are running per normal schedules and there have been no
failures in running WF background process for this item type and deferred or timeout activities.
