After Cancelling Received PO Shipment Incorrect Data Seen In Shipments POXPOEPO / Discrepancy With POXPOVPO (Doc ID 1671661.1)

Actual Behavior
Find after cancelling a partially received PO Shipment, in 'Purchase Orders' (POXPOEPO) form is showing incorrect quantities for the PO Shipment.

There is discrepancy with 'Purchase Order Summary' (POXPOVPO) form that displays correct quantities at shipment level.

Expected Behavior
There should not has discrepancy in between 'Purchase Orders' (POXPOEPO) form and 'Purchase Order Summary' (POXPOVPO) form.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps in Purchasing Responsibility:

Navigation = Purchase Orders / Purchase Orders (POXPOEPO)
Create and approve PO with one line / 1 shipment line / 1 distribution line for Quantity 6000

Navigation =  Receiving / Receipts  
Receive and deliver partial quantity 2000

Navigation = Purchase Orders / Purchase Order Summary (POXPOVPO)
Search for same PO  
At shipments level
Select 'Tools / Control'
Apply the 'Cancel PO Shipment' action to the Shipment

Navigation = Purchase Orders / Purchase Order Summary (POXPOVPO)
Search for same PO  
Purchase Order Shipments for PO  shows
Line 1
Shipment 1
Quantity = 6000
Quantity Due = 0
Quantity Received = 2000
Quantity Cancelled = 4000

Click on 'Open' button to open the same PO in 'Purchase Orders' form
Line 1 has now quantity 2000

Click on 'Shipments' button
'Shipments' form shows one shipment with
Number = 2
Quantity = 0

And error "FRM-40350: Query caused no records to be retrieved." is being displayed on botton of the form

Navigate to 'Status' tag, where following are shown
- Quantity Ordered = 0
- Quantity Received = 0
- Quantity Cancelled = 0
- Quantity Billed = 0
