FADEPR

Symptoms

On Release 12.1.3 , after applying Patch 15829981 which has upgraded FADEPR , Depreciation run fails for multi-distributed assets  with the following error :

ERROR

APP-OFA-47715: Error: function faddaj returned failure (called from fadmlp)
APP-OFA-47715: Error: function fadmlp returned failure (called from faddep)
APP-OFA-47715: Error: function faddep returned failure (called from FADEPR)
/finrootrr12i/recr12iapps/apps_st/appl/fa/12.0.0/bin/FADEPR
Program was terminated by signal 11

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into FA responsibility
2. Run depreciation
