Schedule Arrival Date from the Order Line is getting stamped as the ‘New Schedule Ship Date’ on the change notification to the Planner for IR/ISO.
Sched Ship Date = 11-APR-2014
Sched Arr Date = 14-APR-2014
Notification shows "New Schedule Ship Date = 14-APR-2014"
It should be either: 'New Schedule Arrival Date' = 14-APR-2014
OR 'New Schedule Ship Date' 11-APR-2014.
The notification label should be "New Schedule Arrival Date" since in R12, NeedBy date in IR is mapped with Schedule Arrival Date.
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users / Planner gets incorrect information which can potentially lead to incorrect planning specifically for when the inter-location in transit lead time is large.
