Invalid Legal Entity Error When Trying to Settle Claims (Doc ID 1671999.1)

User was not able to set value for the profile option OZF: Defaulting Legal Entity as the LOV only retrieved one value, but there should be more Legal Entities.  Due to this issue, when trying to settle claims the error Invalid legal entity is encountered for claims when trying to settle using credit memo.
