CS_CHARGE_DEFAULT_MODIFIER

Symptoms

After setting up new Modifiers, the profile option 'Service:Default Manual Modifier' cannot be set up.
There are no values available for selection.

Steps:

(R) Advanced Pricing
(N) Define Modifier

 - Type = Discount List
 - Active
 - Currency = USD
 - Modifier Summary:
  . Number = 12345
  . Level = Line
  . Type = Discount
  . Start / End Date = null
  . Print on Invoice = checked
  . Automatic = NOT checked
  . Override = NOT checked
  . Pricing Phase = List Line Adjustment

(R) System Administrator
(N) Profiles

 - Query with Service%Manual%
 - Click on 'Find'

  => Error appears about an incorrect query.
  => In the background, 2 profile values are visible:
   - Service: Disable Manual Scheduling
   - Service:Default Manual Modifier

 - Click ok or close the popup window.

 => In the background profile window only one profile option is visible:'Service: Disable Manual Scheduling'.
 => Profile 'Service:Default Manual Modifier' has disappeared.

Error:

  APP-FND-01436: List of Values cannot find any values for you to choose.

  Cause: The List of Values execution failed to find any values.
  Cause: The SQL statement specified to fdlfch() failed to return any values.
