Symptoms

When trying to review journals on the Post Journals form the following error is encountered.

APP-FND-01388: Cannot read value for profile option FND_DEVELOPER_MODE in routine &ROUTINE.

When set the FND_DEVELOPER_MODE profile option to "No" at site level and re-test, when clicking to review the journal the following errors occur:

ORA-00904: "ATTACHMENT_EDIT_ALLOWED_FLAG": invalid identifier

FRM-40505: ORACLE error: unable to perform query.

APP-FND-01347: You no longer have access to the specific information requested in this screen
