Goal

How to get the approval hierarchy of the subordinate when a manager is raising the absence ?

Current situation:
If the subordinate raises his own absence, it goes to his direct supervisors (A and B) for approval.
If the manager raises an absence for his subordinate, it goes to his direct supervisor (C and D) for approval.
Expected: If the manager raises an absence for his subordinate, it should be sent to the approvers of the subordinates, ie A and B.
