In an upgraded environement, When attempting to click on the Strategy tab,the following error occurs.

jtf_grid.populate package reports error: 
An unexpected error occurred in jtf_grid.populate

Click OK and the below error appears

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open the UWQ
2. Click on a customer
3. Go to Strategies
4. Try to click on a work item, the error appears
