Account Assignment Changes made in CRM User Maintenance are not reflected in iStore (Doc ID 1673117.1)

On : 12.1.3 version, User Management


After updating iStore user to change account assignment (ie remove one account, add another),
  When the user goes to istore, he now has a dropdown for 2 accounts.

We expect the user to only have access to the one account.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. From CRM HTML Administration > Users > User Maintenance
2. Update user account assignments, disable current active account, enable another account
3. Login to customer UI as user, welcome bin account LOV shows both accounts
