GDSN Outbound Enabled Flag Not Visible On R12.2.3

Information in this document applies to any platform.
Find in Item Clasification and Categories in PIM, the GDSN Outbound Enabled Flag not available on R12.2.3, as it was in 12.1.3 version.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to: Development Manager
2. Navigate to: Item Catalog > Item Advanced Search.
3. Choose any item.
4. Open item overview page by clicking on item link.
5. Go to: Specifications > Clasification and Categories
6. See GDSN Outbound Enabled Flag not available.
