Symptoms
When attempting to submit / print any request with the Landwide print style the Submit Request (FNDRSRUN) form displays the following error message.

APP-FND-01564: ORACLE error - 1422 in SET_PRINT_OPTIONS
Cause: SET_PRINT_OPTIONS failed due to ORA-01422: exact fetch returns more than requested number of rows.
