Symptoms

In R12.1 version,

Oracle Mobile Applications (MSCA) deliver transaction is not validating the serial number.

Attempting to Deliver a serial controlled internal shipment on the mobile device it shows Trx Success however the records are stuck in receiving interface table with following ERROR:

ORA-01403: no data found in Package INV_MATERIAL_STATUS_GRP Procedure get_lot_serial_status_control
WMSINB-23840:Lot/Serial validation failed. Please check log for details.

STEPS
-----------------------
Deliver a serial controlled internal shipment on the mobile device.
