Information in this document applies to any platform.
On Oracle Applications 12.1.3 version, Workflow Mailer:
Users are not able to receive forwarded /reassigned Workflow email notifications.
Should be able to receive Workflow email notifications when the mailer is up and running.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Whenever PO or PR Workflow email notifications are forwarded/reassigned.
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot receive PO/PR Workflow email notifications.
