Performance Issue with Subinventory Transfer after 11g Database Upgrade

When performing a Subinventory Transfer transaction and entering the starting and ending serial numbers, the form (INVTTMTX) hangs for an extended period, from 10 to 20 minutes.


 This happens immediately after an upgrade from database release 10.x to release 11.2.x.
