Last updated on FEBRUARY 12, 2019

Applies to:

Symptoms

Created a Tax Rule to override the Tax Status and Tax Rate by an specific Account.

For Example:
Default Tax Status = STD
Default Tax Rate = STD

condition:
If the Natural Account = xxxxx, the Tax Status and Tax Rate should be ZERO.
If a a similar rule is created like that  to drive a different Recoverable Rate, it will work. But the rule fails on driving a different Tax Status and Tax Rate.

Debug log shows:

p_condition_value:xxxxx     p_trx_value:
condition is false

p_error_buffer  = Both account string and CCID are NULL
System is not able to find any segment value on the transaction.
