Unable To Open Approval Notifications For Large Requisitions I.E. > 1000 Lines (Doc ID 1673998.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version,

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Notifications for POs and PRs that have more than 1000 Lines cannot be opened. The system is showing an internal server error after some time.

STEPS
-----------------------
- Create a PO / PR having more than 1000 lines.
- Submit it for approval.
- Approver tries to open the notification.

-> After some time the error message "Internal Server Error" is shown
