R12: XTRSLSET:Settlement is not Saved / Settlement Number not generated when picking Settlement Date from Date Picker LOV (Doc ID 1674045.1)

Settlement does not get saved when Settlement Date is input from Date picker LOV.
It however gets saved and settlement number is generated when the Settlement Date is manually entered.

Steps to reproduce:

Menu Path : Settlements > Settlements
Settlement Summary > Maintain Settlements
Maintain Settlements
Input Settlement Date Using Date picker LOV
Settlement Date Inserted
Click ‘Save’ button.
However the transaction is not saved and ‘Settlement Number’ is NOT Created.

When Settlement Date is input Manually(Not using LOV), Settlement is saved and settlement number is Created.
