Inventory and Expense Items From Requisition Template Are Not Displayed in iProcurement Catalog (Doc ID 1674452.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When placing item on Requisition Template which is only assigned to category at Org Level, the Requisition Template is not extracted to iProcurement

Logfile shows:

icx.plsql.ICX_CAT_POPULATE_REQTMPL_PVT.populateReqTemplates --> l_err_loc:1700 ORA-00001: unique constraint (ICX.ICX_CAT_ITEMS_CTX_HDRS_TLP_PK) violated

To find Requisition Template in iProcurement

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create new Item <ITEM>
2. Assign this item category <CATEGORY> for Control Level 'Org'
3. Assign two organizations
4. Create Requisition Template 'Test REQ Template' and place item <ITEM> with supplier details on it => Save the change
5. Login to iProcurement => Shopping Lists => Cannot find the template
6. Search for item <ITEM> can find it.
