A Troubleshooting Guide on how to debug login issues for Mobile Expenses Application after completing patch application and setup according to Note 1625446.1
Example errors:  Login to the server failed, The operation couldn't be completed (com.google.GDataXML error -1), etc.

Purpose
Troubleshooting Steps
 1. Download the latest version of the Oracle Fusion Expenses App from the App Store/Play Store
 2. Verify mandatory patches are applied
 3. Verify correct Host URL is used during login
 4. Verify menu and user setup
 5. Verify grant setup if multiple Expenses responsibilities are assigned to the user
 6. Verify menus compile successfully
 7. Verify a value is set for the 'OIE:Mobile Responsibility' profile option
 8. Verify at least one Expense Report Template is enabled for Mobile Expenses
 9. After all setup steps are complete, bounce OACore
 10. Check VPN connection
 11. Check if Single Sign On is enabled
 12. Verify basic authentication login dialog appears and there is a valid response
 13. Run AutoConfig and check the log
 14.  Run Diagnostics.zip
 15. Generate FND Log
