Symptoms

 During the upgrade to 12.2.0, the script cnsca.odf fails with the following error :

The table is missing the index CN_SCA_RULE_ATTRIB_ALL_TL_U2
or index CN_SCA_RULE_ATTRIB_ALL_TL_U2 exists on another table.
Create it with the statement:
