MFS ALERT Notifications Sent To Field Service Engineers After R12 Upgrade (Doc ID 1674806.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, General / Laptop

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
After recently upgrading from 11.5.10 to R12, the field service engineers (FSE) are getting email notifications (as indicated below) for different objects.
These emails/notifications needs to be stopped. In 11i, the FSE are not getting the emails/notifications.
