ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When trying to modify plant resources it is giving below error
ORA-00054: resource busy and acquire with NOWAIT specified or timeout expired
--------------------------------------------------------------
FRM-40501: ORACLE error: unable to reserve record for update or delete
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------------
Expect that the no errors to be shown.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigation : Process Engineer> Plant Resources form.
