Unable to Select Project Number From LOV
After entering manually, get an error when manually selecting Organization Name

ERROR
The following error has occured
Exception Name:
oracle.appsbne.excetion.BneinvalidException - Invalid
Operatint Unit. Please Enter a Valid Operating Unit Log File Bookmark: 226064

If enter project number and Organization manually and trying to upload transactions getting below error
Error:
 Unable to validate Project Number,;Unable to validate Organization Name.
