On : 12.1.3 version, Core HR - General
When attempting to enter a new employee
the following error occurs.

FRM-40735: ON-INSERT trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-04098
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. ZA HRMS Manager -> Person -> Enter & Maintain
2. enter new employee details and save
