Colombian Withholding Taxes Are Not Calculated In AR Invoices (Doc ID 1675725.1)

Symptoms

On Oracle E-Business Suite, 12.1.3 version.

Attempting to save an Invoice and find the Withholding Taxes are not calculated for the entered Transaction.

Transaction is registered to calculate Withholding Taxes and the Tax Setup was done to calculate those taxes, so you are expecting to have the Withholding Taxes calculated when saving the Transaction.

The Value Added Tax (VAT) taxes are calculated correctly.

Steps to Reproduce:
Responsibility:  Receivables with Latin Tax Engine enabled for Colombia
Navigation: Transactions > Transactions
1. Create a Transaction
2. Save the Transaction
3. Review Transaction lines and observe that the Withholding Taxes are not calculated
