Recurring Element Entry Is Not Appearing For Processing Post Termination Date (Doc ID 1675837.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.5.10.2 version, Element Types, Links, Entries

ACTUAL BEHAVIOUR:

Note that recurring elements do not behave based on previous last standard process rules.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Even though the element is an 'Actual Termination' it is expected that the element should still be processed after the actual termination date.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. End date an employee with an effective date mid month
2. Note that the recurring element is end dated on that day
3. Note that the non recurring element end date is end of the month
