System Didn't Return Any Record,when We Find The Account By Description! (Doc ID 1675929.1)

On : 12.1.3 version, Setup forms and programs

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Customer can't find the account segment through Description field,this issue occur on part account.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Customer should find the account segment through Description field,this issue occur on part account.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
(a)Log in General Ledger responsibility
(b)Navigate to Journal > Enter > Journal,create a new journal
(c)focus on the Account to enter the Code combination,can't find the account segment through Description field.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot get the account through Description field.
