R12: Funds Available Detail Report Not Showing All Transaction Details While Total Balance Is Correct (Doc ID 1676053.1)

Symptoms

In 12.1.3, Funds Available Detail Report does not show all detail transactions on the output.

The report total balances match the balances from Funds Inquiry form and the balances are correct.
Yet, the sum of transactions displayed on the output does not explain the ending balances, which indicates that there are missing lines on the report.
