Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Transaction Entry

While creating defaulting rules in Order Management for Warehouse field at Order Header level.

Trying to Use Application Profile as Source Type.

Once we select the same and progress to select Profile Option then we encounter an error APP-FND-01564

ERROR

APP-FND-01564: ORACLE error 24345 in fdlget
Cause: fdlget failed due to ORA-24345: A Truncation or null fetch error occurred.
The SQL statement being executed at the time of the error was...

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
 OM Superuser > Setup > Rules > Defaulting
