Symptoms
On : 12.0.6 version, Service Request Search
In the customer support specialist application, the created by option is not coming up while searching for the service requests.
Because of this one has to navigate to the service request form every time they have to search for the SRs with the created by option.
Steps to Replicate
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Customer Support Specialist Responsibility >>Agent dashboard >> Advance search or Maintain save search
Search Key 'Created By' is not present in the application.
