E-Business Suite 122.2 Applications Technology Stack, Weblogic Server related issues
In E-Business Suite releases 11i, 12.0 and 12.1 running Autoconfig recreated all the relevant configurations files used by OHS / Apache server. If the context file has the correct settings the configuration files should include the correct setting and is often used a diagnostics step to rule out accidental changes to configuration files being root-cause for issue encountered.
For Release 12.2 the configuration files are not all generated anymore by Autoconfig, but are maintained in a different way. Below an overview is provided of the OHS configuration files located in the $IAS_ORACLE_HOME/instances/EBS_web_<XXX>_OHS1/config/OHS/EBS_web_<XXX> explaining how these are maintained.
Also an overview is provided how the different configuration files relate to each other and which context file parameter defines whether a file is included in the configuration or is commented out
