R12: PAXURVPS Canceled Requisition Still Appears In Project Status Inquiry Form (Doc ID 1676524.1)

Symptoms

On 12.1.3, Expenditure Processing:

A canceled requisition still appears in the PAXURVPS Project Status Inquiry form.  The users added to commitment amount after running PRC: Update Project Summary Amounts program due to Contracts Lifecycle Management (CLM).  

New records are created for every requisition.
