Symptoms

Some random Inter Org Transfer, or Internal Requisition receipts cannot be performed for specific receipts as the row is greyed out.
* The issue is not consistent and appears for random receipts but is frequent.
* This is for Inter-Org Transfers (IOT) and Internal Requisitions (IR).
*This issue may also occur on the the maintain Shipments form (RCVSHESH)

-OR-

Cannot enter receipt against an Intransit Shipment.
Even searching by other criteria than shipment_num in Find Expected Receipts window, the form does not allow entering the quantity.

ERROR:
FRM-40200: Field is protected against update
or
FRM-41051 You cannot create records here

Steps:
    Receiving > Receipts RCVRCERC form
    In Find Expected Receipts window, since Shipment_num is unknown, query expected receipt by item or date
    Try entering quantities for the shipment lines to be received
    "FRM-40200: Field is protected against update" error occurs. Shipment Line cannot be received.

Issue cannot be reproduced at will.
