12.1.1 Upgrade Driver Failed On Funntupg.sql and Igintupg.sql With ORA-02289: Sequence Does Not Exist (Doc ID 1676631.1)

Symptoms

On Oracle Applications 12.1.1 version,
when attempting to upgrade to 12.1.1 2 jobs fail and the following error occurs:
